Case presentation is one of the most important foundational systems in a successful dental practice. Without a step-by-step process for presenting treatment, practices risk losing hundreds of thousands of dollars of revenue per year, and patients risk losing the opportunity for improved oral health.
Successful case presentation goes beyond just the doctor. The entire team must be involved. Practices that can master the proper “sales” process will be successful.
