Director’s Meeting 3:30-7:00 p.m.

 

“Night at the Rounds” 5:00-7:00 p.m. will be hosted for All interested members.

Sign up for the table rounds at registration when you check in to ensure your spot is reserved.

This forum offers collaborative discussion with other dental hygiene educators on a variety of

topics. (Note: no CE for this activity)

 

Saturday September 20: 8:30-5:00 p.m. (Breakfast and lunch will be provided)

 

“Practical Classroom Strategies to Reignite Student Motivation” Dr. Veronica Fruiht Associate Professor of Psychology at Dominican University of California. (4 CE Units)

 

“Ergonomic Strategies for Periodontal Instrumentation” Michaela Nguyen, RDH, MS, Assistant Clinical Professor, Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry in Los Angeles, California. (2 CE Units)

Corporate Appreciation – “No Host Bar”

 

Saturday evening is open for all attendees to enjoy time with their team.

PAM HUGHES AWARD

We continue the tradition of supporting our students with our Pam Hughes Award. These

scholarships are supported by CDHEA member donations – every penny of which goes right

back to students! There are two ways to donate:

 

1. Donate when you register online for the event via CE Zoom. (Special Events: Watch for the Prompt)

2. Donate in person during our annual meeting by helping us “Fill the Cassette”

 

We hope you will join us in making a scholarship donation in whatever manner you prefer.
