The opportunities for dental hygienists are endless. This course will discuss various career opportunities for dental hygienists and advancing technologies that are available to hygienists or may be in the future. As we move into the next 100 years of our profession, we need to continue finding new and innovative ways to improve oral health. When it comes to leadership, we all lead, and you likely don’t even realize you are always leading. Using an interactive approach attendees will assess their leadership style and discuss opportunities for leveraging their strengths to advance themselves and the profession. This course will include something for everyone and cover everything from leadership in the advocacy arena to leading chair side to improve the oral health of your patients.
