Phone Skills Training (SEP 2019)

Overview

Phone Skills Training with Kiera Dent, Tiffanie Trader, and Dr. Mark Costes will help your team learn phone skills with hands on problem solving activities. Your team will work through office-specific problems, and have one-on-one phone call role play.   

Your team will learn verbiage to truly change your practice with rescheduling, cancellations, unscheduled treatment plans, and nailing those NEW PATIENT phone calls!
