Enhancing patient relationships through Teledentistry

This is from a recorded live webinar provided on July 28th.

Course Description:

While Teledentistry has been around for over 20 years, its utilization is gaining momentum in light of current events. We will provide a brief overview of teledentistry as an adjunctive method of delivering oral health care. Though it has been most commonly used as a response to access to care issues in shortage areas, its use to increase patient engagement and office efficiency will be examined.

Whether a solo practice or a group practice with multiple locations, learn about the uses of teledentistry to evaluate its potential for your practice and its benefits to your patients.

Learning Outcomes/Objectives

Upon completion of this course, the participant will be able to:

1. Identify the different delivery systems of teledentistry and how they can be incorporated into your practice

2. Describe the benefits of teledentistry for the practice including interacting with both the new and existing patient

3. Understand how the technology can market to patients the value of your practice and services available

4. Renew patient relationships in a challenging environment
