Course Overview
This dental ethics CE course covers principles used in dentistry to help identify and solve ethical dilemmas. Dentists, like any profession dealing with human rights and liberties. have an obligation to their patients and communities. The code of Dental Ethics was created by the American Dental Association (ADA) to be a standard that all dental professionals are expected to follow. It states that every dental professional should follow the five fundamental principles: patient autonomy, beneficence, justice, nonmaleficence, and veracity.
Sean Kurdys' dental ethics course is different from any other ethics course you've taken. With Sean's extensive experience being involved with the North Carolina Dental Board, he's able to share information from his years of experience rather than a typical textbook rundown.
