The difference is the ability to lead and inspire. “Everybody gets better when the leader gets better.” This course will give a birds eye view of characteristics and traits of outstanding leaders as well as provide pearls to take back to your office tomorrow to improve your leadership skills.

• The relationship between Self Awareness and Leadership.
