Healthcare overall is a decade or more behind other industries when it comes to customer experience.    Patient Experience (PX) - defined as customer experience in a healthcare setting - is emerging as a key focus for the modern dental practice.   This course will help you understand the difference between providing a service and creating an experience and provide examples from both inside and beyond healthcare environments.
