➡ What is the refund policy?

Refunds are available if requested 8 days or more prior to the event. No refunds will be provided within 7 days of the event, unless the event is canceled by CE Zoom. Please note that processing and service fees are non-refundable for any and all cancellations, with no exceptions.

➡ Where is my certificate?

To verify your attendance after the course, follow these steps:

✅ Log into your CE Zoom account at www.cezoom.com.

✅ Find this course on your dashboard and click the green "verify" button.

✅ Enter the verification code provided at the end of the presentation.

✅ Complete any mandatory evaluations.

✅ Your certificate will be available in Records under Manage CE within 72 hours.

✅ Ensure a high-speed internet connection.

✅ Use a compatible device (e.g., desktop or laptop) that can maintain a reliable internet connection.

✅ Select a compatible web browser (e.g., Chrome, Safari) and consider having a backup browser available.

➡ What do I do if I get disconnected?

If you get disconnected, try refreshing your connection, switching browsers, or using a different device. Simply re-click the course link and log back in with the same name and email.

➡ Do these courses meet my state’s requirements?

Our courses are AGD PACE-recognized, meeting CE requirements across all 50 states. However, please check your state’s Dental Practice Act for specific regulations regarding live, interactive webinars. Additionally, our Ultimate CE Tracker automatically identifies which courses count toward your specific state and license requirements, making it easier for you to stay compliant.

➡ Are these courses considered "live" or "in-classroom"?

Yes, these courses are presented live with real-time interaction, allowing you to engage with the presenters directly. Your CE certificate will indicate they are live courses.

➡ Can I use the chat function during the webinar?

Yes, the chat function is available for you to engage with fellow attendees and ask questions to the presenter. Please maintain respectful, professional comments. Any comments deemed unprofessional or disrespectful to the speaker, other attendees, or administrative personnel will be deleted. Attendees who disregard this policy may be blocked from commenting at the discretion of the host and producer.

➡ Will there be closed captioning available?

Yes, closed captioning will be available for all sessions, and attendees can turn it on or off as needed.

➡ Will these courses be recorded and available at a later date?

Yes, all four courses will be available as self-study courses. They can be purchased separately or accessed for free by Elite members.

➡ If I miss a course, can I take the self-study course at a later date?

Yes, you can take the self-study course later. However, since we don’t offer refunds, you’ll need to purchase the self-study course separately. Please refer to the refund policy for more information.

➡ When is the latest I can sign up?

You can sign up right until the beginning of the first course on Friday morning at 9:00 am CT.
