Hygiene Dinner event with PCT School of Business and Hospitality students   There will be a displayed assortment of food during the reception time This will be followed by a cooking demo done prior to dinner Dinner service will include one entree prepared tableside  Entree-choice of one:

Steak Diane  Petite NY Strip, Brandy, Peppercorn, Dijon Macaire Potatoes, sautéed Spinach, Candied Carrots

or

Teriyaki Glazed Salmon, Grilled with Risotto and Candied Carrots

Dessert-choice of one:

White Chocolate Strawberry Cheesecake
