Rachael Wiebe, RDH, MEd, is a dedicated oral health practitioner with a passion for a high standard of dental care and education. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from Wichita State University and went on to complete her Master of Education degree at Concordia University. Currently, Rachael practices dental hygiene alongside a general dentist in the Wichita area.

With over 15 years of teaching experience, Rachael has played a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of dental professionals. She served as an esteemed program director in dental assisting at WSU Tech and as faculty member in dental hygiene at Wichita State University. In addition to her commitment to education, Rachael is currently serving as a dental hygienist on the Kansas Dental Board.

Objectives for Ethic\'s lecture.

Define roles and responsibilities, review definitions of ethics and law, define ethical terms and ethical decision making, defining malpractice, identify ethical issues and dilemmas, and understand and assess ethical values.
