Josey created the Dental Operating System to help practices scale through vision, values, and scalable systems. With extensive experience in operations and leadership, including roles such as Chief Operating Officer, Josey has led over 300 executive strategy sessions with teams across the country. She emphasizes a human-centered approach in business, focusing on team experience and holistic practices. Josey is also the creator of a leadership training program for dental office managers, training hundreds of leaders to lead with empathy and efficiency as a sought-after coach, she builds positive relationships and delivers tangible results, enhancing both personal and company performance.
