Appreciative Inquiry: The Positive Power of Membership
Objectives
After participating in this session, attendees should be
able to describe the benefits of an appreciative approach to change and be able
to describe the four elements of the Appreciative Inquiry Process (Discover,
Dream, Design, Destiny/Deliver).
Participants will complete individual and group activities
within an AI intervention's Discover and Dream elements and be able to apply
these activities within their organization.
